Hi All,

What year did gmc or chevy make the first crew cab 4x4 in canada ? I beleive it was 1973.

First off welcome to the board.

I believe you are correct, the 73-87 body style was the first years GM did it. Earlier models were done by conversion companies. I am pretty sure they started it with the 73 year, but it may have been 74/75 for the 6 packs 4x4 (as we called them in the military)
