Quick Question (Fuse Size)

Gents

Can someone tell me what size fuse should be in the wire from Battery to junction box, and also what size fuse in the "black" wire from same junction box to harness at firewall?

Both of these are right at the battery location.

Thanks!

Re: Quick Question (Fuse Size)

If I'm understanding your question both of my trucks have a fuseable link in that location. Afraid I can't remember the size though.

Re: Quick Question (Fuse Size)

I have 2 fusable links

Positive battery terminal to Junction box has one

Junction box (Black and white wire) to Alt/Headlight Harness has one.

Wiring diagrams for the year show this as accurate wiring setup...but doesnt say the correct size.

Im re-wiring my whole truck and want it to be "RIGHT"...just throwing a 30amp in there so it wont blow kind of defeats the purpose :-)
