'72 Blazer, what mirrors?

I have seen the stem type of mirrors and the stubby arm type. What came on this Blazer originaly?

I assume the rear view was the glue on the windsheild type, right? Can you mount the earlier style to the upper frame in-between the visors? What looks better?

Re: '72 Blazer, what mirrors?

Mine had some holes in the door for one that had two arms one right below the other. When I got it had no mirrors though I'm not sure if they were stock either. The only thing I've seen them on were 80 something model fords. I did see an ad as take offs for these on ebay. Who knows? TTT

Re: '72 Blazer, what mirrors?

I am in the same boat, I have holes but no mirrors. I was hoping to find some of the original style that came with the '72.
