I was wondering if you might be able to post the pics of the under side of your flatbed.I remember seeing them a while back , and I should have saved them, but never did. Thanks for such a quick reply!! I have a couple questions for you. The channel that runs the full length of the bed, what size is it? And what are the sizes of the channel you used for mounting to the frame on the front and back? If it isn't to much trouble, would I also be able to get a pic from the rear of the truck to see the rear bumper and hitch set up? Thanks again, your pics are a great help

Your in luck cause I drove it today.

The channel that runs the full length of the bed is c-channel 4" x 1 1/2" and 1/4" thick.

The channel used for mounting to the frame on the front is 3" x 2" and 1/4" thick and 2" x 2" and 1/4" thick for the back channel.

Let me know if you need any more measurements.

Do you think that 4" channel would be to high for a 2wd truck? I was thinking about going to 3" but I'm not sure about the height to the top of the tires, when it has a load on. I will be installing new heavy duty coils, and it already has new shocks on the front and rear, so I think it should be alright. I don't think i will need any more measurements but if I could get a pic of the rear, it would very much appreciated

I would bet the 3" would be fine. I've got plenty of clearance with these big tires.

I will take some pics tonight of the rear of the bed. Don't have my digital camera at work today.

I took a few under the bed photos this morning but they don't show too much. Is there a specific area you are interested in seeing? If so I will shot that area, I have the truck and my digital camera here at work today.
