converting long to short

i have a 1970 long bed 3/4 ton 2wd that I jus tpicked up a shortbed frame for. Is there anything I need to worry about as far as swapping cab front clip motor into it. I know I need a differnt bed and that stuff, I'm just wondering if there is any major issue I'll run into? also the frame is off of a 67-68 truck.

Re: converting long to short

On a 67 and may be a 68, The core support frame mounts will have a smaller diameter hole and the frame may not have the indention where the power steering gear box mounts to the frame.
