Junk like that is what brings out the law makers.....bumper height laws came about because of the guys that were ignoring saftey for the sake of altitude.
That thing is not fit for the street....anywhere.

i didn't look too hard because it made my eyes hurt, but it looks like the body is held up at all 4 corners with 24" lengths of 2x3 rectangular box tubing. I bet that if it ever ran, the first time it'd hit a bump the body would fall down and forward, hard.

That's just rediculous. There was a similar yellow one local that sold on flea-bay about 6 months ago. It was yellow.
