Whats up everybody

Hey just wanted to introduce myself, I am new here, although i've been lurking around and getting some great info over the past few weeks. I just recently bought a 69 C10 and I will be on this board quite frequently.

anyways guys, my first question I have for you all is about my dash bulbs. Some of them work and some of them dont. Would a little bit of corrosion cause this or are my bulb holders just bad?

One of the the bulb holders wont work at all,and then another one works when I put pressure against it up, but when i let off the bulb goes off like it is just not getting a good connection. any ideas? thanks!

Welcome to the board from NC! Check and clean all connections,a little rust goes a long way in making stuff not work right.

Welcome from Bryant! Just pull the dash and give it a good cleaning and make sure the bulbs are not blown.

Re: Whats up everybody

Do what the rest said, clean the bulb sockets and circuit board and that should fix your problem. If not you may have a blown bulb or two.

'Nother Arkie. Benton isn't home to too many of us, Bryant does have a few more. 68Chevy68 has some cool stuff going on with his builds....like an Edsel dash, smooth firewall and bagged suspension (nice going, John Paul). Havinsomefun is from Bryant, too. Where you at, Kevin?

Glad to have you here, on the board. You guys going to the show at the River Market this weekend? George Barris, Norm Grabowski and others will be there. Me, too.
