Re: Going to Auction Saturday LOOK

Big window '67. Interesting. Only about 20% of '67s got the big window option. I'd say it's worth going to the auction....

Re: Going to Auction Saturday LOOK

Unfortunately, usually at those auctions, they go for more than they are worth- but I hope you get it for a good price.

It looks like a cool truck. I bet they didn't make too many CST step sides.

Re: Going to Auction Saturday LOOK

I just looked an I see why most are going for the antiques . This is from auction site

Carole used to work flea markets and antique shows. She now has five storage buildings and a mobile home packed full. We will be going through these buildings the best we can over the next couple of weeks. While we will sell some items individually, there is so much merchandise that we will be forced to sell the contents of some of the buildings in bulk. Some of the great items we have already discovered have been tractor implements, a utility trailer, a 1960's pick-up truck, tools, and antiques. The mobile home will be sold. We will also be selling scrap aluminum, copper, and steel by the pile. There will be something in this auction for everyone, so bring your trucks and trailers and be ready to haul it all away.

Re: Going to Auction Saturday LOOK

well I didn't stay the whole auction . I left after about 5 hours and they still wasn't near the truck . There must have been some people wanting it tho , I seen alot of car trailers there . I know the other stuff you wouldn't have needed a trailer . It might have been a little baret jackson sale . Oh yea it wasnt a factory V8 . I looked at the sticked on glove box
