Rear gearing too little?

Hey,

I have a 373 lsd in my 78 jimmy, i recently picked up a pair of used 37's with 15z10 inch rims for dirt cheap. Will i blow my rear end up if i run these wheels on the road? when im wheeling? what about in the mud? what kind of gearing should i go for? the engien and trans is a 454 with a 4 speed granny low so i hit kinda high revs as is with 33's.

Re: Rear gearing too little?

Really depends on how you drive it. Are you gonna abuse it? If you drive it with some common sense you should be fine.
