Intrested in the drivers side bedside. Where are the dents on this side and is there any rust on the inner mounting flanges, inside of the fender arch?

Here are some pics of the bedside. The dents are pointed out and the flanges look good. The flange up front is a little pitted. I dont see any rust on
fender arch, except a little surface rust.
