upper and lower tubular control arms for a 65 1/2 ton

hey i am looking to upgrade to tubular control arms for my 1/2 ton drag truck. has any body used them before i need to know if their strong and reliable and lighter than the stock controle arms.
i curently have disk off of a 74 and i think they need to be from a 73-79 truck.

i am also looking to purchase a set so if you have or know where to get a set fairly cheep let me know am on a tight budget.
