WTB: 67 3/4 ton power brake booster setup

Looking for a 67 3/4 ton power brake setup - firewall bracket, booster, master cylinder, pedal push rod. Want to upgrade manual drum to power drum.

Re: WTB: 67 3/4 ton power brake booster setup

I suggest picking up a bracket fromthe parts board, and purchasing a new booster/MC setup from your local parts store... Some of these old boosters could be rotted, or you could use it as a core....

my 2 cents since that's what I did...

Re: WTB: 67 3/4 ton power brake booster setup

Good suggestion and that is an option for me as well. I expected to have to rebuild or replace parts for safety anyway. So, I can take either approach. I just want to make sure I build up the correct configuration for a 3/4 ton.

Re: WTB: 67 3/4 ton power brake booster setup

The parts stores will only have "rebuilt" boosters for the 67 3/4T and most are pretty rough.
I have a new system that is the correct DD 9" booster, brkts, rod & firewall boot. I normally sell it as a complete changeover for PB and DB, but I can leave off the MC & prop valve, so you can use your stock items.
The price is $200 + shipping (This is less the MC & prop valve in front of the booster)

Note: this is a bolt on system that lines up with your stock brake pedal and bolts right to the firewall with NO modifications!

Re: WTB: 67 3/4 ton power brake booster setup

that seems like a fair price since it comes with the bracket and is a bolt in deal.

Re: WTB: 67 3/4 ton power brake booster setup

Looks like a good deal for a new setup from Pickmup. I'm interested but want to see what DC trucks' used setup looks like and how complete it is. I believe the 3/4 ton setups also have side support brackets as well.
