Talking Your Truck's "Theme Song"

We all know our trucks have their own individual personalities, in some case their own names even. What I want to know is this, does you truck have a theme song, a song you think represents your truck for whatever reason?

I think my '69's theme song is Aerosmith's "Sweet Emotion". Something about that song (and maybe it's because it was used to open up "Dazed and Confused" ) just reminds of my truck every time I listen to it. I dunno.

Can't wait to hear y'alls!

"Rust Never Sleeps" OK, it's an album title, not a song title, but it's sooooo appropriate!

Re: Your Truck's "Theme Song"

My truck came from Texas and was lettered "El Scorcho" with huge flames when I got it. I repainted it, dropped it with a 2 1/2 spindle and one coil cut in the front and 4" spring drop in the rear. I can't rename it (it's a boater superstition) but the song "El Scorcho" by Wheezer is all wrong. I think Marty Robbins' "Mr. Shorty" would fit much better.

To Sinister: Radar Love is probably responsible for more speeding tickets than anything else. You can't listen to it and not speed up. Be careful.

Re: Your Truck's "Theme Song"

Here's a couple of ideas:

For those in the rebuild/restore stages:
-"Come Together" Beatles
-"I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For" U2

Engine Trouble
-"Boom Boom Pow" Black Eyed Peas
-"Devil Inside" INXS
-"Runnin on Faith" Eric Clapton

Hoodride
-"Born to Run" Bruce Springsteen
-"Smokin" Boston

Lots more I suppose!

For me its: "Money" Pink Floyd, or maybe lack there of.

Re: Your Truck's "Theme Song"

Nice songs, guys! I guess Lynyrd Skynyrd's "Call Me The Breeze" would be a pretty appropriate one for my truck as well. Keep 'em coming!
