Newcomer

Hey Guys I love the site and all the useful info. I am the former owner of a 71 k-5 and ive regretted selling it ever since. I recently discovered a 72 swb on my neighbor's property and all the memories came rushing back; I decided I must have it. I already talked to him and he said he'd let me buy it from him for fairly cheap, but I have no idea where to start with a reasonable offer. HERES THE DEAL: Body is pretty decent; rust in only one cab corner everything else is virtually straight. This truck has never been touched they just parked it one day. It has the straight 6 and 3 on the tree no other frills
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
