can any identify this old dana transfer case?

I found this just sitting in the back of a late 60s Ford pick up at the boneyard, but the pick up itself was complete no trans or case missing so I do not want to assume anything.

The case says Dana in a small diamond shape and I found these numbers to the right just above the rear yoke. It has a total of 3 shift levers, one for gear selection and two smaller shift levers off to the passenger side.

Thanks for any help.

Could be a dana / spicer 18. I think they have the front and rear output in line or offset from the input.
