Re: WTB Original radio with knobs

I found a 72 Super Cheyenne that still has the AM/FM radio in it. I don't know if it works or not. When you slide the bar to change from AM/FM the FM display on the right hand side is missing (may have fallen back into the radio). I would need to go and pull the radio as it is still in the truck. Would you be interested in it? If so let me know what you think a fair price is and I will try and get it for you. I need to drive about 60 miles round trip to get it and take it out.

Thanks,

Keith

Keith, thanks for the offer. Are you headed that way already? Let me check and see how hard it is to get those repaired. Is $50 reasonable not knowing if it works? Does it have knobs?

Re: WTB Original radio with knobs

I am actually considering buying the whole truck and dragging it home to part out. If you not in a hurry I will get it home and check it out. I understand if it doesn't work it's not worth as much. Give a couple of weeks to see if the guy will sell me the whole truck at a reasonable price.

Thanks,

Keith

I have one in a 69. Not sure if it works, but can check it out.
What price are you thinking if it works?

$35 to $50 depending on the shape of the face chrome and knobs?

Do you have a picture of the back where the wiring harness plugs in to the radio?
