I put a 6" suspension lift on my '74 3/4 ton pick up and the sway bar in front smashes the bushing on one side. It has the heavy duty sway bar and has all the HD stuff except the NP203. My friend put a 4" on his '75 and had no trouble with the sway bar but mine is at too much of an angle. Anyone make lowering kits for the sway bar? Thanks

just remove the sway bar all together. i have the same amount of lift as you and i dont mind driving it without a sway bar, the springs are arched enough to really not need one. give it a try, its the cheapest route. if you dont like it, im sure someone makes a lowering bracket, or you might have to make one.

My 4x4 crewcab still has the stock springs, and I took out the swaybar altogether. Noticeable improvement off-road. Negligible difference on-road.
