Wow, small world. BTW, that guy that is selling them is a slooooow shipper, still haven't recieved it yet, been well over two weeks (almost 3) since I sent in the payment. He claims he shipped it on the 12th, we'll see. Also, the day after I won the auction I went to a local hobby store, turns out they have like three of them, all brand new. I have NEVER seen them there or at any other hobby store before this....what a kicker. Once again thanks, and I'll look for you when I bid on 73-87 stuff...got to be fair. Later - Jeff

bought a COOL 70's chevy truck off there. a BILLY CARTER , 'Rebel Power' 78 stepside .complete with "soft drink cans". we know what kinda soft drinks Billy used to drink, or are you too young.I got my 'mad mudder' already, sealed still. i think I'll leave that one in plastic and buy something to build.
I don't buy much on ebay.I usually bid low on the tach dashes but never get them. what makes me sick is a give the sellers the lowdown on how they are misadvertising the tach units and could possibly cause a dash fire and 80% never put the info in their ads .I send a lot of info to the 73-87 advertisers and they just don't care as long as you buy ! buyer beware.I have been 60-70% disappointed with the USED stuff I have bought.
BTW= where in the heck did you find a 73 solid enough to build in your state? let me guess . it's not from there or you re-bodied the frame.L8R, DAVE

Did you buy your Mad Mudder kit from the same guy I did? If so, that dude is getting nuetral or negative feedback for dragging his a**. I think I am too young, never heard of Billy Carter, can you post a pic or something? Yes, my truck was actually from Arizona. When I bought it about 7 years ago I think I paid about 4 grand for it and it was bone stock...might have been kinda high but as you know here in Minnesota, these trucks rust so fast you can almost hear it happening! I have NEVER driven it in snow and try not to drive it in rain if possible...have you seen a pic of it? if not here...

later - Jeff
