68 door panels

My 68 panel has the original steel door panels but no arm rest or even the holes in the panel for them.Was this common?

Yes, many of the "stripper" trucks were very simple. Radio delete, lighter delete, no sun visor for passenger, etc. Very easy to add the armrests if you want them. Sharpie
