My first project 69 c10 lwb
My name is Kenton. This is my 69 c10 lwb. All thoughts and suggestions are welcome. In debate on color at the moment. It's a 250 c.i. 3 on the tree. More pictures to come weather permitting. |

Looks like you have a good truck to start a project with. I just bought a '70 c-10 the other day, my first project too. Yours is in much better condition to start with though from what I can see in the pictures. What are you wanting to do with the truck?

Re: My first project 69 c10 lwb
Right now I need to replace the passenger front fender and rocker panel as well as the inner fender well. After that's done the debate on paint color, wheels, and ride height begins. That and I'm considering doing a few upgrades on the 250 inline 6 that's in it. All thoughts are welcome.

Re: My first project 69 c10 lwb
As odd as it is I kind of like the black and white pattern the primer is in at the moment so thats a possibility and I thought about just going black but I'm not sure. Always up for ideas on color choice. The inside is an off green which ill have pictures up of in a bit.

Anyone have a passenger side fender, inner fender well, or bedside they're willing to part with?

Re: My first project 69 c10 lwb
Ok so thoughts have changed and this will not be my daily driver for some time. Instead I've decided to save up and put a 350 under the hood and a Ford 9" under the ass. Should be an interesting project to say the least.

The 9" isn't going to cost me anything. It's my dads and he's going to give it to me.
