Soft Top

Anybody using a Softopper top. Just wondering how their quality is ?. Is there anybody else making ones for 3rd gen. Thinking about getting one for my 78 Jimmy.

since seeing them on here i've now seen more then the jimmy tops up here
covered in snow handleing the cold fine it seems
i wanted to get one too,lol bought another Jimmy instead

I put one on my Jimmy last summer. I like it. I haven't put the seam sealer on yet and it hasn't leaked any. I never switched back to the hard top for winter,but we barely got any snow. Guys on CK5 were saying theirs handled big snow just fine. I don't get any noticeable wind noise and no water has come in while driving in the rain. The company claims the warranty is void if damage occurs putting it up or taking it down at 40 degrees (or in the 40s?). So,you are limited once nights cool down or in the mountains,or sudden thunderstorms,etc. I think it's the windows they are concerned about. My favorite position is sides rolled up.
