69 C-10 door rebuild questions

My son has a 69 longbed with completely original (worn-out) doors.
The regulators are junk and all the rubber and felt are as well. The windows rattle like "an old truck". )
We would like to replace everything at the same time.
I have found parts available through LMC, but I don't know if that is the best source.
I have been warned against buying a "cheap aftermarket" regulator, and I don't know if LMC's fits that description or not.

In searching this forum, I came-accross the post by Toddtheodd, that describes removing the vent windows and window regulators.
I haven't found any information regarding replacing the felt pieces and rubber seals.
Any suggestions on sources for door parts and installation of the seals would be greatly appreciated.

thanks,
Mike
