This truck worth the price

Run up on the old Chevy today. Its a C-20 stepside. No options and a 250 engine with 4 speed trans. Guy wants $1800 for it. it has mud in it here and there. Dash pad missing and someone stuck car bucket seats in it. What yall think?

If it runs and drives it's worth about that.

Re: This truck worth the price

$1500 for a southern truck is a great deal. Bring it up to Canada and get $3000-4000

Re: This truck worth the price

I guess I am all alone on this one. $1800 for a LWB stepside 6 banger no options. Seems like about $900 would be a fair price.

Re: This truck worth the price

Most important factor to me .....RUST!? I would be laying under the cab and also pulling carpet to inspect it. If it is rust free or minimal rust it's worth it, If it is rusty then i'd say no. Does it "run" or does it actually drive? It is not a bad price just a lot to consider to rate his pricing. Also depends on what you have planned for it, availability of similar trucks in your state. It looks decent in the pics but so did mine when I bought it, then i brought it home and found out it was a rust bucket. You have any more pics for us to see at and get a better look? I'm going with maybe for my final answer.
