On their webpage they show 4 different calipers for different rotor thickness and piston size of the caliper. I'm wondering why you would choose the small piston version over the large piston version?

There are 2 different versions for the front (2 different width rotors),... and 2 different versions for the rear.
(small piston calipers go on the rear axle).

Correction - Well CPP doesn't carry the rear D52's for us guys running the Astro rotors (1.28'' wide) so I Called Justin at Scott's Hot Rods and ordered the correct rear calipers . Ordered them today and they shipped today !!! Cant beat that
