Another Disc Brake Conversion Question

I have been searching a lot on the forum and I want to do the front swap from drums on my 68. The problem is that I have installed new ball joints and tie-rod ends. I don't want to swap these out again. I have new wheels that are 6 lug so I want to keep that pattern and I found a 76 Chevy truck at the junkyard that appears to be a good donor truck. I just have a few questions:

1. If I go this route can I use my original a-arms?
2. Can I use my original power booster that is already installed for the drums?
3. What exactly should I take from the 76 and what tools should i be sure to have.

Thanks for any help you can offer. Sincerely.
