Re: Take off parts from my 67

Are there any cracks or repairs done to the wheel? Any pitting in the horn button or missing tabs?

Really? I'm stating I will buy it. He has only made you a lower offer, then ask questions on condition (kinda backwards there). It's your sale if you want to give a low-baller 1st shot without stating he'll take it. Also, offers are only to be made when sellers ask for them. Rules state if you don't like the price, move on.

Re: Take off parts from my 67

For the record, I was not "lowballing" It was a question of combining shipping on two items that would have more than likely shipped in the same box. My concern wasn't with the prices but with the pictures. It was impossible to ascertain the true condition (tabs on the back of the horn button or cracks/condition issues with the wheel) of the items from the limited photos. I should have asked about the condition but I know how it is around here, if you don't make an offer you won't be taken seriously. The whole "I'll take it" thing is a joke. I see people saying "I'll take it pending pics or more information" or "put me in line" and you know what? Most of the time the seller is cool and provides more photos or info on condition or acknowledges the potential buyer's place in line (or says no thanks). Point is, it's up to the seller. Then there are times when someone is mad because they are second in line and makes a big stink over nothing... It cracks me up how this is suppossed to be a group of people sharing a common hobby. As they say though "You have to take the bad with the good."

So, thanks truckmanloco, for trying to be one of the good guys.

-Chris

What color is the steering wheel? If it is dark green I will take it if the other guy passes.

I would rather sell it all together as one unit, with the cluster.
