1998 S10 Blazer Heater

It's cold here in Idaho and my Blazer just won't heat up. After hours of driving it's just luke warm air? I covered the grill inlets with card board but did not help. I'm sure must be a stuck open thermostat, is the thermostat hard to change out? Actually wouls rather work on my 67...ha

Just follow the upper radiator hose to the engine that's where the thermostat is at.
