Can you tell me if this is a 69 or 70 inner grille. I think there is a slight difference...I think.

It's a 70 painted like a 69 like all the other NOS inners of these years I've seen. It has the raised portion like a 70 but to be correct on your 70 you would need to paint the non-recessed areas black.
