My 1972 GMC Jimmy (high school project truck) PICTURE HEAVY

So I came across my truck, when my uncle called me up one day, knowing that i have always wanted a K5 blazer. I was looking for the right blazer, i was mostly into the 73-75 do to the square style body, and no smog, and full top removal.

My uncle told me this was a round body style with four headlights, so i did assume it was the 67-72 GMC.

When i went to get the truck, I talked to the owner that liked the truck, but he was just ready to get rid of it because he had his fun and it was done.

The truck started but spewed oil, and it didn't look good, but i still bought it.

After i got it home i looked at it popped the hood, and me and my uncle wrenched on the truck for a while and solved the leak.

I have pics of when I brought it out to my friends house, for the project of tearing the front end to remove the old 350 and replace with a BRAND NEW from GM 350 all stuff ordered through summit.

The new engine was placed in after removing all the old components that were either replaced or repainted black. Currently i'm just trying to make a quick thread as i am pretty busy, i will be adding more information. Would just like to throw this thread out here.

Hope you like,
Thanks
