If you mean a 3" spacer between the hub face and the inside of the wheel, it won't have any impact on how a hubcap fits on the wheel.

I won't venture an opinion about running a 3" spacer...

Re: 3 inch spacer

1.5" is all you need to remove the stagger from the rear axle being shorter...

Also, spacer is bad, adapter is better, adapters bolt to the existing studs and then have their own studs that the wheels bolt to.

Always be sure to remove the wheel and re torque the adapters to the hubs just like you'd check the outside lug nuts.

Is that a 2 piece adapter? I planned on getting some myself but had not seen the type you have. How do they attach to the wheel studs onto the rotor or drum?

Re: 3 inch spacer

Just googled the image to illustrate the difference between adapters and spacers. Spacers are typically 1/4" or so for minor adjustments for little car tires.

Re: 3 inch spacer

Adapters not as bad as they sound just hard on bearings and hubs and knuckles and depending on how much adapter you use and how big your lock out is you may get away with a factory hub cap with no hole

Re: 3 inch spacer

Ps: Do not use a three inch spacer
only an adapter spacer would be dangerous
