K10 reg. cab longbed. Did you have to lengthen your drive shafts for a 6" lift?

I recently picked up a 77 k10 long bed with what I think is a 6" lift. My front and rear drive shaft splines are shot and I was going to have them repaired (I heard a driveshaft shop can do it) but before I took them in I wanted to know if they should be lengthened? Or should I buy a spacer for the front drive shaft from Superlift and lengthen the rear shaft? Just want to make sure before I spend the money, thanks
