350 rpm redline
Does anyone know what the redline is on a 350? The one I have is from a 73 truck if that matters

I have no idea, most 350s can go at least 5500 before floating valves. Probably depends a lot on age and strength of the valve springs and carburetion and how worn out is the bottom end.

mine sounds like the world is coming to an end around 3750 but its still pulling. Ive never had it above 4000. My motor mounts are shot so im not really getting on it.

A stock motor is around 5500. Beyond that it depends on first and foremost the cam. Valve float is a very bad thing. The intake, cam, head port size, valve springs/locks/keepers, dizzy and exhaust all play a very integral part in determining max safe/usable RPM.
