Question Trouble? Front lower A-arms-Pivot shaft

One of the photos you can see Im having trouble getting the rubber seal to get over the base of the ball joint? The rubber has a hard plastic or small metal bracket inside of it where it's tough spread the diameter over the ball joints base?
I've try DW-40 to lub it up a little, but no luck. The diameter of the rubber is to stiff to stretch it out to fit over?
Any tips?

The other photo: I'm having trouble tighting/sealing up the exterior nuts/ends that screw into the A-Arm and the pivot shaft screws into the female nut as the nut is screwed in. Tough to explain?
But as far as I can get it, you can still see there's a gap in between the rubber washer and the end of the pivot shaft that should be sealing up?

????

Ok first we will talk about the control arm shafts. First do you have a service manual for your truck? In the manual it tells you how to line up the shaft in the a arm you turn it to the proper dimension in the book. This should fix the seal issue as it looks like the shaft is turned in more on the other side. If you torqued the end nuts to spec then you are ok just line up the shaft to factory specs. With the ball joint boot all you have to do is grap the ring on the bottom and pull it down both sides a little grease helps.

Thanks so much! Sadly, I tried heating it once, and using lub beforehand, but no luck. :-\ Its acting like a Devil Child. haha Again sadly, I ripped a small part of the rubber seal open for trying so hard.
So now its time to order a new one and continue the task!

Anymore tips I'll be more than welcome and take!!
Thanks again!

A big socket or a piece of pipe and hammer it on.
