Wow... Can't help you on the build, but I love it! If you end up getting the paint code, please pass it on. I'm thinking about doing something very similar on my 69.

Re: 70 C10 Anybody know this truck?

Love it, Love it, Love it... did I say I love it?

I know I've already posted, but, I just can't stop looking at that truck!

Interesting that the battery is on the driver's side. Is there something else on the passenger side where the battery would normally be?

Also, do I see some sort of molded speaker or something into the kick panel?

I love how the interior is done. Kept it simple, yet sporty. Fits really well with the truck.

If you ever do figure out the paint code, please let me know.

.... Oh, Maybe you already know this, but I see you are new to the site, so maybe you were not aware yet. Your grille is from either a 71 or 72. Just in case someone brings it up at a show or something. Lots of trucks out there, especially in the 69-72 range that have a grille that isn't original style to the truck. No big deal, just someone prefers a different style. Your's looks really nice on your truck.

I think its a 71 grill, nothing on other side engine compartment just very clean. paint code hopefully some one one here who restored it will pipe up it has a subwoofer box with 2 subs behind seat, fuel tank located rear, filler inside tail gate edge of bed..... kicker amp ect... under pass side, with eq built into glove box and 6 other speakers two on the sides or rear cab and 2 in kick panels. I love the interior, Ididit column and the seat leather is so soft I put a blanket over when I drive it.

Well I think it had different wheels on it at some point polished similar style, the guy I got it from had put those on. Only reason I say this is I was searching net for any other pics of it and I came across one on Pinterest with different wheels but I swear it is this truck.
http://www.pinterest.com/pin/372884044117199732/ posted about a year ago and I bought the truck in January 2014

Re: 70 C10 Anybody know this truck?

Yup, I'd say that's the same truck. I like the wheels that you have on it now better, plus the tinted windows that it now has really look great. Was that Douglas king who posted it to Pinterest the person who you bought it from? If not maybe someone know him, or even better, maybe he's a member on this site.

Re: 70 C10 Anybody know this truck?

Sure looks like the Silver Dollar truck to me. I think it had Grey 18" Boss 338 on it for a while.. it was sweet then but man.. LS2, bags.. wow. Looks great.
