Running rich on two cylinders only?

Just upgraded my intake and carb setup from the stock single barrel & manifold to a Clifford intake with a Holley 390 on my 292.

I found that I am running very rich on cylinders 1 & 2 and the rest of the cylinders have great coloring on the plugs.

I checked the plug wires and there are no dead wires. I have never seen this before, anyone else ran into an issue like this before?
