Body Mount Help

Hi everyone,
I would like your opinions and suggestions on body mounts. I have a 72 k-10 that I need body mounts for, I know the basic differences between poly and rubber, here are my questions:

What is better, poly or rubber?
What are the pros and cons to either one?
What companies do you prefer?

Thanks,
John

Re: Body Mount Help

Everything I have read on this forum points to rubber for body mounts and poly for suspension pieces.

Good luck!
