Post Question-Shocks-Bags

Well, I c-notched my truck today. Well, I have a problem. My shocks will compress down to 13 inches. The problem is that's still to long.(air ride shocks, lack about 3 inches) I notched it all the way to the top of the frame. I used a 8 inch(inside diameter) pipe. It's a big notch. The truck is now 3 1/2 inches off the ground on the lowest point on the cab. I'm body dropping my truck, so where can I relocate them to so they will still have all there travel. Any ideas will help.
