Cooling Fan/Clutch vs Electric

I have a 72 C10 350/350 Auto w/ factory air, no fan shroud, 20" fan blade. I have been wanting to put a fan shroud on it and if so, how much of the blade should go inside shroud?

I have also thought of going electric. Radiator has a 28"x17" core size. All AC bad and all will need to be replaced to work. If I do not intend to get ac working and go with one electric fan, what size fan should I get? Also if I do get ac working and use 2 electric fans, what size should I use?

TIA
