TH400 Rebuild Kit - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Hey guys,

I'm looking to rebuild my TH400 and have looked a hundred different kits. I am thinking about this one on EBAY http://www.ebay.ca/itm/Th400-Alto-Re...-/171338232536.

Does anyone have any experience with these EBAY kits? The parts look to be good quality but without a parts list it is anyone's guess.

Also, I am not running really high horsepower (350 - 400). Should I upgrade the sprag or will the stock sprag be sufficient.
