What to be done for stripped/frozen door panel screws?

I am in the process of replacing the door panels for my little truck. 2 of the pressed in nuts for the door panel screws, which are technically bolts, have dropped out of the door.

Are there cage nuts that I could put in? I don't weld, (it is on my bucket list) so I can't put square nuts behind and tack in place.

What would be an easy effective, way to proceed please?

IIRC I used cage nuts. It's been a while since I had the panels off but I haven't had any problem. I think I used ones that clip over the edge and reach the hole.Hope this helps. They may be J nuts.

thanks guys. I figured it would be something like that. I do have the screws already. I'll bring them to the Ace store and get the capture nuts.

Plastic license plate clips the kind that snap into the bumper, will do well in a pinch for those metal little suckers. That would be the 99 cent solution, but they are probably a couple bucks now. I don't look to often at prices of stuff by the time I need it I need it.
