gas cap part # and application GT54

I am looking at buying a nos gas cap. It is Part # GT54 6410233. Is this for 67-70 without eec or 71-72 with eec? Here is a picture. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Rod.

It looks like that part number coincides with Stant P/N 10623, which says it's a vented cap. Now whether it actually is a vented cap I couldn't say, but that's the information I found for it.

Thanks you for looking that up for me. would the stock cap that came from new on these trucks ( 67 specifically) have the ribbed circle in the center or would it be just domed? It is ribbed around the edges and I believe that is original. anyone know the answer to this.

My stainless cap (guaranteed original) has a smooth dome top centered within a flat area about 1/4" wide around the circumference. However, my truck is a 69 if that makes a difference.

The cap you are showing is correct for 67-68 trucks, the 69-70 were smooth domed and 71-72 caps had several circles on them
