I have one. Do you need the glass also? The glass will remove from the sash if that's all you need.

I have the glass and the sash I need the track at the window slides on when it goes down in the door

I think I have one of those also. Let me look tonight as I looked for the sash last night.

The part that is mounted with two bolts that bolts from the door over and under the latch. The glass slides down it as the window opens and closes.

Think its called the rear guide.

Door came off my daily driver, but the top bolt mount has been braised at some point. Has worked for me since 09 though with no issues. How's $5 plus shipping sound?

I have a regulator, but no extra guides. Paid $20 for the pair of regulators out of a 61, so $10 plus shipping if you want this one.

I found out what was knocking it off track. I think I fixed it and it hadn't fell off for a while. Plus the truck is down so that helps. I'll let you know if I need it.
