First trip

Subs first trip in 25 years. New tires, brake lines, fuel tank, fuel lines, 20 miles trouble free miles Awesome! Ready to stretch it out a little further. Why did the PO ever park this thing? I can't Imagine? Dread the tear down having to much fun. Please someone find me some rear seats!

Re: First trip

That's cool. I just got mine on the road and it was weird for me to think that the last time it was on the road was 1979..... 6 years before I was even born

Re: First trip

Cool, another Burb saved.

Chevy Astro van seats fit perfect between the rear fender wells and come with seat belts attached.

Re: First trip

Yes it was a blast, but having idiot lights for diagnostic tools kept my 5 senses maxed out. never smelt or heard so many sounds in my life also panicked a little when i notice that i had left my fire extinguisher behind. not recommended. nothing is like the first time.

Haha.....I bet. We've all been there. I like to have a chase vehicle on the 1st runs when I can. Nice to have the extra support if something goes FUBAR.

Glad it all went smooth for you!!!

Re: First trip

Wolfdaddy welcome to the club! It's nice to see another East Coast suburban.

I have both front and full length rear seats if you're interested. It looks like we are about seven hours apart.
