Riveted frame brackets

I have to replace a rear spring mount that is cracked & install 2 rear shouck mounts that PO removed. I have questions about repairing or replacing the riveted frame brackets. What paint do you use between the brackets when putting them back on the frame, to ensure no rust issues? What do you use to mount them back? I plan to have the frame powder coated and use grade 8 bolts & nuts on the brackets before the powder coating. Wish there was a way to put rivets back so it looks normal. Thanks, Greg

Did a search and found lots of info on using grade 8 bolts. So the question left is, whats the best paint or por15 or whatever to use between the frame and the part being bolted on so I dont have rust problems?

My frame was powder coated. Any time I have to remove rivets I put back with grade 8 and hit my frame with a semi-gloss engine paint for a simple touch up.

Dont look too bad to do the rivets. Just gotta figure out how to treat the metal so it dont rust after heating the rivets in the frame. Thanks
