Road shots, rolling

Had a nice cruise today to Shelby NC and got some good road shots of my truck, thanks to Matt and Heath.
I lead most of the way since I knew where we where going.

Lets see your road tripping shots!

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

This was our 2nd annual cruise in to Tommy's truck parts in Shelby NC.
We all stopped at the old Shelby drive in and took some pictures so I did a little photoshopping!

Cericd, I am the owner of the yellow 70 C10. Here are a few pics. Feel free to ask if you want any info on it.

Thanks Andy for letting me know someone wanted more info on it.

Re: Road shots, rolling

Hey RaceAGMC, that's a nice looking truck right there. I looked to see if you had a thread dedicated to it but I didn't find one. I saw where you were talking about getting your wheels. That thread had a little info but I think the thread was a few years old. What drop and wheel back spacing did you end up going with. Are you running a notch out back? Any interior pics?

Re: Road shots, rolling

Also, it's nice to see a 69/70 with an actual 69/70 front clip every now and then.

Re: Road shots, rolling

It's a 4-1/2" drop in the front with a spindle/spring. In the back its7" using a 5" spring and 2" block. No build thread, it would have moved way to slow. It took me years to get to this point. As for the wheels, they are 20x8.5 and 20x10. I'm not sure what the back spacing is on the front, but I could have used a little more, the back is 5.5" and it's perfect. I'm running a Porterbuilt bolt in notch. No pics of the interior. It's pretty plain. I haven't done anything to it just yet.
