How hard would it be to switch to a 4x4 frame?

Assuming that one day I do buy a panel, how hard would it be to put it onto a 4x4 frame?

There do seem to be a lot of 4x4 Suburban frames out there.....

The body mounts are in the same location so it will line up. Just a matter of lifting it up and dropping it on. Along of course with setting the steering, brake lines and electrical ect.

Undo the engine bay wiring, remove front bumper, remove radiator, pull front clip, undo steering column, brake booster, floor shift, and remove body mount bolts then lift body off
