I'm gonna guess that it's more likely 123,000 miles. Judging by shape of the interior and the fact that the box has been changed and the truck appears to be repainted.

That being said, if this truck was local to me, I would buy it in a heart beat.

23,000 original miles for the third time, maybe. I thought mine hadn't been around too until I found the owner's maintenance log. My truck was like mint, so in my mind, they've ALL been around at least once by now unless there's really special proof.
