3/8" schrader vavle source??

Anyone know a source for 3/8" push lock Schrader valves? I want to a way to manually fill my bags while I build my chassis. I stopped by my local parker hanafin store and have been scouring the net to no avail.

Thank you
Marc

OK good, I'm not crazy then. I assume people make them up with different fittings. I will report my findings for others.

Thanks

Hello to all. This can't be to hard. Why don't you use adapters. The schrader valve will be 1/4 inch male or female. Use a male or female adapter for the push to connect fitting that goes to the 3/8 air line.

Yes that's about the only way you can do it. I did find a 3/8 Schrader but it was from a company in China. I don't want one that bad..ha ha

Re: 3/8" schrader vavle source??

Thursday morning, I'll check in the garage to see what I used. It definitely was a push to connect 3/8 tee with a male end that screwed into a female end that adapted to a 1/4 schrader valve. I will post pics asap.

Go to your local hardware store. I used a couple schraders with a series of adapters to get to the appropriate size. As far as setting it up to raise either the front or back together just use ptc to a ptc tee to a compression with a schrader. Doesn't have to be fancy if you plan on replacing anyways right?

I have the T figures out and stuff like that, I just thought I could buy a 3/8" schrader valve without turning it into plumbing exercise.

Don't buy anything yet. Let take a look at what I used on mine. If it will work for you, I can recoup a little of my money and save you some. Text me this evening at 850-291-0499. Rob

Rob

Sorry too late. I was tired of looking so I pulled the trigger (prior to seeing your message). All in it was less than $20.00 (shipped). No bad. I already blew $70 on some Parker Hannifin fittings so whats another $20.00 ha ha

I appreciate your gesture.

Marc

Re: 3/8" schrader vavle source??

sorry for my late reply. here is a pic of what I used. the first pic is a Schrader valve for 1/4 air line. can you see my finger? the second pic shows how the adapter and the PTC fittings go together. The 3rd pic is how I used the 3/8 ptc fittings, adapter, and the Schrader valve. good luck and sorry for the late post.

Here are a couple pics of the below e-bay listing. I'm waiting on my t-fittings. I think if you used the T-fittings listed by Coach and the Schrader I listed it would be your cheapest route to go.

I just picked up my Parker Hannifin (PH) fittings and the t's I was waiting on. The PH fittings are not cheap but dealing with a leaky fitting is no fun.

I'm sure you could find them offered for 2 cents each...
