400" 2-bolt Block For Sale

I have a bare .030" over 400" block/caps for sale. This is a 2-bolt block with only the 2 freeze plug bosses. Should only need to deck block and finish hone to fit your pistons.

Block has been magnafluzed - no cracks.

$350 plus shipping (if necessary). I'm in Binghamton, NY 13901

Finally got the #'s off the 400 block:

Front Pad: FC222TTC (can't really make out the first T, but I believe all truck blocks start with T)

Rear Deck: 3951509

Date Code: B 15 8

Oil Filter Area: 010, 020, 164 (I'd be curious to know what the 164 stands for)

Bell Housing area: H11, 010 (don't know if that means anything or not)

*Only #'s I didn't copy down are the ones in the timing cover area.

Well...checked the block tonight to see if the top bolt hole was drilled/tapped in the bellhousing area - Nope. Looks like that makes it a passenger car block. (Not that that should mean a whole lot).

That 509 block is one of the better blocks out there and a 2 bolt main is way better than a 4 bolt in the 400 blocks. And if you want to put the splayed caps on there, then they are even stronger.

Thanks for the input! In addition to that...this is one of the '2 freeze plug bosses' blocks. Everything I've heard, says that meant less core shift.

**Any one know what the '164' #'s by the oil filter stand for?? I know that the 010 and 020 refer to the nickel and tin content, but I've never heard what the 164 was.
