Helper Springs on C20? Good/Bad Idea?

Hello, Fellas.
I've a 70 C20 that I haul a heavy load with once a week.
It has a FF Axle 14 Bolt Rear End with the 6 Leaf Springs.
My passanger side lists more than the driver's side.
Would Helper Springs be a good or bad idea?
Or, am I just pushing the limit of a C20?

It's a nice "work truck" and it makes me money, so I don't mind spending some on it at all.

Thanks for any advice or suggestions.
Cheers!

You could go with helper rear air bags. Which would allow you to keep the truck as it sets now, for everyday use. And pump the bags up when needed.
